Our prices are based on the different room categories and the current occupancy rate. This flexible model rewards those who book as early as possible.

We will gladly inform you of the cancellation terms together with our offer.
Important: they apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are fully or partly re-let.

Your booking is binding for both parties.

From 2:30 pm. Please inform us if you arrive after 7:00 pm. Entry to the dining room is possible until 8:30 pm.

By 10:30 am. You may spend the departure day in the hotel and use the wellness area (swimming pool and whirlpool).

0–1 years: cot €65.00 (mandatory forfait with half board)
Up to 5 years: 50% discount
Up to 13 years: 40% discount
From 14 years: 30% discount

Yes, but only well-behaved and gentle dogs. Aggressive, uncontrollable dogs, persistent barkers and dogs in heat are not permitted.

In the room (not on bed or sofa) and in the lobby. Not permitted in the dining room or the Dolomiti Spa.

Yes, in the Picnic Stuben upon reservation, provided your dog is calm and remains on the floor. Please bring your own blanket or basket.

€25.00 per day without food. Final cleaning or damages will be charged upon departure.
