With our Dolomiti SPA our wellness hotel offers you a complete range of activities and wellness.
From 7 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. you can enjoy swimming lengths in our light filled indoor swimming pool with counter current system (30°C) ... or relax in the jacuzzi (35°C). Sauna users, from 3.00 p.m. until 7.30 p.m. (naked zone and absolutely forbidden to bring mobile phones or tablets).

- A rustic sauna 90° experience from 3 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. in the Tyrolean sauna with homely flair.
- The vitarium 60° offers strengthening warmth, soft steam and stimulating scents: Ideal for a strong immune system, to cleanse the respiratory tract and for purification and detoxification.
- With its moisture and warmth the steam bath 40° calms frayed nerves, supports blood flow and initiates healing processes.
- Hydrosoft cabin for 2 person: healthy sweating in a wellness cabin requires more than just heat. Gentle infrared heat combined with invigorating steam is the solution!
- The wellness experience is rounded off in our wellness hotel in San Candido with a Kneipp-spa and a workout in the fitness room. Or relax during a soothing massage and cosmetic treatments.
Etiquette of our saunas department:
- Nordic method - nude zone
- We kindly ask you to respect the rule of silence and quiet, fundamental requirements for obtaining maximum benefits from a sauna.
- It is absolutely forbidden to bring mobile phones or other electronic equipment!
- Children under 14 are not allowed in the ward
- It is mandatory to take a shower before and after the sauna
- It is recommended not to wear synthetic fabrics (swimwear) as they are toxic at high temperatures and unsanitary, but only cotton towels and bathrobes
- In the outdoor spaces of saunas always use sandals or slippers that you will leave outside the entrance when entering the cabins
- Saunas can only be accessed with a towel (to cover every part of the body in contact with the seat, including the feet)
- You enter the Turkish bath naked using the special seat cover towel that is provided in the room with the wellness bag
- It remains at the discretion of each client if he wants to access our department and enjoy a properly made sauna.
