The rates are inclusive of all taxes, fees and service charges.

All rooms (no smoking: in accordance with the italian laws, smoking is not permitted in the entire hotel complex) dispose of bath tub or shower, WC, hairdryer, telephone, LCD HDMI tv, safe, refrigerator and balcony.

Surcharges and Reductions:

• Surcharge for Superior room junior if occupied by only 2 people: € 30.00, Superior family € 40,00 per day.
• Double room used as a single room 30% of price list rate per day.
• Children's reductions in addition bed up to 5 years 50%; up to 14 years 30% and older 20%.
• Baby reductions 0 - 1.99 years in double room € 30.00 in half pension
• Surcharge for New Year´s Eve Dinner: € 55,00 per person – children up to 12 years € 30,00
• Family offer: 2 adults + 2 children up to 12 years staying in their parent's room = 3 fully paying guests.
• Dogs: small dogs, within one board - € 18.00 per day. It is necessary to bring a basket. The hotel reserves to right a bill for the final cleaning, should this be necessary, at the time of departure.

Discounts and price reductions may not be summarized.

On the day of arrival the rooms are ready from approx. 3 p.m. and will be reserved for you until 6 p.m.
Please inform us in case of late arrival.

Booking confirmation:
After receipt of your written booking confirmation and a deposit of a minimum of € 300,00 per room or a copy of the stipulated insurance the booking is considered firm. The deposit can be paid by postal order or by bank transfer:

Insurance
Sometimes, something may happen before your journey. However, with our travel cancellation insurance you are protected against financial loss. According to EU regulations, a cancellation fee can be charged in the case of late arrivals, early departures or non-compliance. Cancellation policy:
Up to 1 month before your expected arrival, cancellations or modifications are free of charge. For cancellations from 1 month to 7 days prior to arrival we will charge 70% of the total price. For cancellations within the last week before arrival and on premature departure, belated arrival or no-show will be charged 100% of the total package price.
